A Diamond was found in this “Ruff” (Before and After)

I don’t know anything about this pup only that she came from HCAS and was named “Pammie”..it is my guess the name comes from one of our favorite Animal Abuse Investigators.  This is a before and after shot.  After shot done by Little Pet Project.
